No utilities are on site but there are power lines near the property. This location would be perfect for solar or wind too. Sewer would be septic (permit required). Water would be a well (permit required). Water table depth in this area is usually around 60′ to 100′ and Unit 2 of Deer Valley Meadows is eligible for well permits.
